Thanks to IN-Pixio who immediately took my complaint into account, and big thanks to Carine whom I hope is not an AI ! :).
Contrary to my assumption, I receive a friendly response from 'Carine', but above all very clear with the procedure to follow, which I apply and which works. Obviously, I go crazy and send a not very friendly mail (really without any hope of receiving a response). A few days ago, I tried to make an update, which is normally free my subscription being in progress: impossible! the system keeps sending me back to the order site to buy again. I installed the software (probably incompletely) and used it from time to time, not very much in the end, with the trial version (Full version is not displayed ). Last year I bought IN-Pixio full license.
